If you're right-handed, don’t assume your right eye is dominant—it's time to test it out! Grab a partner and try the eye dominance test that Zane Navratil did with Dr. Erik Korem to enhance his court vision.
Once you know your dominant eye, use it to your advantage on the court! If the ball is on the side of your weaker eye, you might lose some reaction time and spatial awareness. A little extra focus and strategic positioning can make all the difference!
